Since 1923, Original LÖWE has been proudly made in Germany, beginning with the innovative design by Walther Schröder. He developed the first Original LÖWE anvil pruner, the LÖWE 1, which introduced the cutting principle of a drawing blade against a fixed anvil. This design has remained the hallmark of Original LÖWE pruners ever since.
