Diggers operates across several sites in Victoria; in Dromana, Blackwood, and Olinda, and within the Adelaide Botanic Garden in South Australia, providing employment for gardeners, nursery workers, despatch workers, customer service consultants, front line retail workers, marketers, graphic designers, finance workers, and restaurant workers. When employment opportunities arise, our managers look to engage enthusiastic people who share our passion for gardens and sustainable gardening, and who can demonstrate a strong customer service focus.
