Sorrel 'Large Leaf'
Slightly tangy lemon flavor adds zest to salads and is especially good with fish and to make French sorrel soup. Use leaves in lamb and beef stews. Long wavy light-green leaves and greenish-yellow to red flowers in mid-summer.
How to grow
Sorrel will tolerate any soil, but will thrive in damp, fertile soil in full sun or part shade.
