Salvia splendens x darcyiThis regal red salvia flowers prolifically from spring through to winter. An absolutely outstanding garden performer which will have birds and bees flocking to it. Salvia 'Roman Red' performed exceptionally well in our trial gardens, flowering for months on end with vibrant compact blooms.

How to grow
Plant in full sun in well drained soil with supplementary water in extended dry periods. Prune back by half after flowering has finished to maintain a compact growth habit, and to ground level every 2-3 years to regenerate.
