The natural source of insecticide - pyrethrins - for your garden, make this an excellent companion plant. The upright stems of ferny grey foliage forms umbels of white daisy flowers, there is a greater concertation of pyrenthrins in centre rather than petals of flowers. Flowers can also be dried and ground to make an insecticide.
