French Tarragon
A hard-to-find culinary herb that all the chefs and home gourmets are chasing. Can be added to vinegars, is delicious in salad dressings and is the perfect complement to chicken dishes.
How to grow
Grow in a position with morning sun and shade from the hot afternoon sun. Tip prune regularly to maintain a compact habit. Plant in a well-drained soil. Protect from frosts and mark location to avoid digging up during winter. Unfortunately French Tarragon is not suited to humid climates due to its susceptibility to fungal infections.
