Brahmi ‘Memory Herb’
Bacopa monnieri also known as Water hyssop or Herb of Grace is used extensively in Ayurvedic medicine and is known in India as Brahmi. Naturally found in wet, humid environments, Brahmi grows well in hanging baskets or at the edge of a pond.
How to grow
Brahmi prefers humid, warm environments and must be watered on a regular basis. Grows well in pots, in colder climates over winter it indoors.
