Director of Horticulture
Rare opportunity for a position unique in world horticulture- Managing Flower, Vegetable and Fruit Product groups for our rapidly expanding garden club.
The Director of Horticulture reports to the CEO and is in charge of three Product Managers, Seeds, Plants and Hardware, who are responsible for plant production, hardware buying as well as seed trials, production and purchasing.
Located in Dromana, this role requires horticultural knowledge and business acumen to maximise our catalogue, web, retail and wholesale sales and gross profit. Horticultural and business qualifications and experience preferred.
